摘　　要：依据建构主义的理论,WEB课程开发应把握WEB课程开发的规律,提高开发效率,并从管理信息系统的角度以及教育学的要求,探索WEB教学课程的开发环节,完善WEB课程的系统分析、设计、实现和评估的整个过程,形成优化整合的WEB课程教学。According to the theory of construction, the development of the course of WEB should follow its rules and improve the efficiency. It should also meet the requirements of education, from the angle of management information system, probe the developing link in WEB course, perfect the systematic analysis, design, realization and evaluation of the course to form the optimized teaching.
