摘　　要：在高校政治辅导员队伍中建立学习型组织,促进辅导员队伍的成长和发展,促进辅导员个人素质、管理水平和综合能力的提高,达到生命价值和职业价值的内在统一。In university,we should establish the study-type organization of the ranks of political and ideological assistants,improve the growth and development of assistants,promote their individual quality,management level and comprehensive ability to realize the integrity of life value with professional value.
