摘　　要：文章根据基层电大开展现代远程开放教育的办学特点,分析了基层电大校园计算机网络建设的特殊要求,提出校园网与INTERNET联接的二种方案、MEB站点建设的设计原则和学校网页的基本功能模块。According to the characteristics of modern distance and open education in the grass-roots unit of RTVU, this thesis mainly analyses the specials requirements on the construction of campus-based network and puts forward two schemes to connect campus-based network with INTERNET. The designing principles for WEB-site construction and the function module of campus pages are discussed as well.
