摘　　要：高等学校是实施科教兴国伟大战略 ,为社会主义现代化建设培养合格人才 ,传播社会主义先进文化的重要基地 ,必须带头实践“三个代表” ,做贯彻落实“三个代表”的典范。高等学校的发展 ,必须以“三个代表”Institutions of higher education, as the base for the prosperity of the nation and the cultivation of personnel for socialist construction, and for the spreading of advanced socialist culture, must take the lead to put into practice the "Three Representatives", which is also the guide for their own development.
