摘　　要：经济全球化为中国现代化的发展提供机遇 ,发挥我们的后发优势 ,从本土化出发 ,趋利避害 ,利用信息化对工业和产业结构进行改造和优化 ,实现现代化的跨越式发展 。The econormic globalization offers opportunities for the development of China's modernization. We should bring our potential superiority into full play, seek for its advantages and avoid its disvantages from localization,reconstruct and optimise the industry structure by taking advantage of information,realise the leaping development of China's modernalization and accomplish a win-win purpose with the economic globalization.
