摘　　要：本文叙述了南昌航空工业学院建立、发展、壮大的历史进程 ,提出确保培养人才质量和开拓创新是进一步办好学校的重要举措和关键性环节 ,并给学院的未来勾画了一幅发展蓝图。The paper recalls the establishment,development and expansion of Nanchang Institute of Aeronautical Technology,puts forward some important measures for ensuring the quality of fostering personnels and innovation and draws the blueprint for the future of the institute.
