摘　　要：本文就高校教学与科研的组织结构设计与管理以及校园内外的文化活动 ,论述高校形象的行为系统 ,提出高校要通过合理的组织结构与系统、独特的文化活动来创建动态形象 ,参与竞争 ,谋求发展。From the organizational layout and management of the college teaching and scientific research and the cultural activities on the campus, this paper expounds the behaviuor system of the college image and puts forward the idea that the colleges and universities should create the dynamic image through the reasonable organizational structure and system and unique cultural activities in order to participate in competition and seek development.
