摘　　要：高等教育的发展程度应当成为"大大连"建设中的一项重要评估指标。在总结世界知名城市在建设现代化城市、国际性城市进程中发展高等教育实践的基础上,着眼于"大大连"的建设,提出了大连市发展高等教育的若干建议。The development level of higher education should become an important estimate index in the construction of Greater Dalian. The paper summarizes the practice of the world well\|known cities, developing higher education in the proceedings of their constructing modernizational cities or international cities, and points out some suggestions on development of higher education in the construction of Greater Dalian.
