摘  要:全球经济一体化中跨国公司的战略管理是对公司的生产经营活动实行的总体性管理,它要依据公司的长期全球目标与规划进行,要解决如何建立持续竞争优势、确定经营领域、处理市场竞争互动关系、搞好公司内部配套管理等问题。在战略管理过程中,要经过明确企业使命、确定目标、战略态势分析、制定战略方案、战略选择、战略实施、战略调整与控制七个阶段。The strategic management of the transnational corporations in the economic globalization is a general administration to their productive operational activities. On the basis of the global goal and plan in long-term, the strategical management should solve the following problems: how to set up their superiority for the persistent competition; how to define their service areas; how to deal with their interation relations in competition and how to improve their inner coordinated administration. In the process of the strategic management, all the corporations should go through seven stages as follows: making clear their missions, setting up their goals, analyzing the situation for designing strategies, scheming the strategic programs, making the strategic choices, implementing the strategies as well as adjusting and controlling strategies.
