摘　　要：企业间信息系统是一种由两个以上企业共享的新型信息系统,正成为企业间电子商务和电子化企业中最重要的要素。在综述有关企业间信息系统概念和分类文献的基础上,重新界定企业间信息系统,提出一个基于多层(技术层、组织层和应用层)和多维度的新的企业间信息系统分类方法,并根据此方法对企业间信息系统进行了分类。Inter-organizational information system (IOIS) is an information system shared by two or more firms. It is becoming a key element of Electronic Commerce and Electronic Business. On the basis of the literatures review concerning definition and classification of IOIS, the paper redefines the definition of IOIS. Then it presents a new classification method of IOIS based on multi-level and multi-criteria. And based on this method, the authors have carried out the classification of the information system of the inter-firms.
