摘　　要：首先对污染的外部经济性进行了分析,分析了企业在推行清洁生产过程中的推行障碍和成本因素,并在第二部分建立了两种不同类型企业不同产量下的成本比较模型,从企业和国家角度分析了如何消除这种外部性以及采取各种措施的限度问题,并从成本角度得出了如何推进清洁生产的结论。This paper analyzes the externality of pollution firstly and establishes two different cost models of enterprises in the second part.It also analyzes the problems of how to eliminate the externality and the limitation of all kinds of adopted measures from the angles of enterprises and the country respectively.It finally comes to the conclusion about the way of how to promote the cleaning production in view of the production cost.
