耗散结构理论视角下的民营高科技企业成长机制

摘　　要：知识经济时代是知识与经济高度结合的时代,而作为知识经济时代创新主力军的民营高科技企业,他们的兴衰对社会和国家的发展有着重要影响。本文应用耗散结构理论的有关内容,从不同的方面探讨了民营高科技企业以市场为导向的经营机制、任人唯贤的用人机制、团结协作的协同机制、推陈出新的创新机制,力求为研究民营高科技企业的成长问题提供一种新的视角和方法。The era of knowledge-based economy is the one that knowledge is closely contacted with economy.As the main force of this age,non-state-run high-tech companies play an important role in the development of the nation and the society.In the viewpoint of the systems theory,non-state-run high-tech company has its own working character and pullulation mechanism.The dissipative structure theory pays more attention to the system evolution from the out-of-order to the order.Non-state-run high-tech companies can be studied by the dissipative structure theory.The authors discuss the pullulation mechanism of non-state-run high-tech companies by the viewpoint of dissipative structure theory.
