摘　　要：为适应时代的发展 ,使我国在未来国际竞争中立于不败之地 ,必须改革高校现有的育人模式 ,全面实施创新教育 ,加快创新型人才培养。这首先要加快高校教师 ,尤其是中青年教师创新能力的培养 ,在此基础之上构建创新型人才培养模式 ,为国家经济发展培养出更多更好的创新型人才。In order to adapt to the development of the age and make our country in invincible position in the future international competitions,we must innovate the existing mode of cultivating talents in higher education,put innovation education into practice roundly,and quickly cultivate new type of talents with character of innovation.In this way,we must speed up the cultivation of teachers'abilities,especially the young teachers' in colleges and universities,on which we based to construct cultivating the mode of new talents with the characteristic of innovation.We must put our shoulders to the wheel to bring up more and better talents.
