摘　　要：阐述了企业资源计划理论的发展和演变过程,介绍了不同阶段的特点,并指出了电子商务环境下传统ERP系统的不足之处。在此基础上,提出了企业整合电子商务应用框架,即融合了最新的企业管理理念及Internet技术,从管理思想应用模型及技术手段方面解决传统ERP瓶颈,为企业管理提供了崭新的、总体拥有成本最低解决方案的扩展ERP(ERP+SCM+CRM)系统。This essay elaborates the development and evolution process of the theory about enterprise resource planning, introduces the features of its different developing periods and points out the shortages of the traditional ERP (enterprise resource plan) system under the environment of E-commerce. On this basis, it proposes the application framework of E-commerce for the integration of enterprises, i. e. combining the newest concept of enterprise management and INTERNET technology so as to solve the traditional ERP bottleneck problems from the two respects of managing thought and technical means and extend the ERP system (ERP+SCM+CRM).
