摘　　要：目的:对Marfan与Marchesani综合征脱位晶体摘除、人工晶体植入或脱位晶体摘除、人工晶体植入、小梁切除三联术手术方法的探讨与分析;方法:采用超声乳化晶体皮质或全晶体超吸除,伴继发性青光眼者行三联术,人工晶体囊袋内植入者将其中一襻固定缝合,全晶体超吸者两襻固定缝线植入;结果:8眼术后视力0.1/2眼、0.12/1眼、0.15/2眼、0.25/1眼、0.5/1眼、0.6/1眼。三眼继发性青光眼三联术后眼压均恢复正常。结论:Marfan与Marchesani综合征脱位晶体以超声乳化技术摘除、人工晶体植入,伴有继发性青光眼者行三联手术是可取的。Objective To study and analyse surgical treatment for lens luxation extraction and intraocular lens implantation or triple procedure of lens luxation extraction ,intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy of Marfan and Marchesani syndrome. Methods Lens cortex with phacoemulsification or full phacoerisis were applied. The triple procedure was performed in the patients with secondary glaucoma. One of lens forces was fixed and sutured in in-the-bag implantation of intraocular lens. Two forces of lens were implanted with fixation suture in full phacoerisis. Results The postoperative visual acuity was better than that before the operation in 8 eyes, 1 eye 0.1, 1 eye 0.12, 2 eyes 0.15, 1 eye 0.25, 1 eye 0.5 1 eye 0.6 respectively. The postoperative intraocular pressure (IOP) in 3 eyes with secondary glaucoma also became normal after triple procedure. Conclusions It is a feasible way for Marfan and Marchesani syndrome that lens luxation was extracted with phacoemulsification.Intraocular lens was implanted and triple procedure was performed in the patients with secondary glaucoma .
