摘　　要：在碘盐监测过程中,从采样到样品管理,尤其是实验室内、外部质量控制;直至出具检测报告,实施全程质量管理,既提高了工作效率,也提高了实验室检测水平。向社会提供了公正、准确的卫生监测数据,为碘缺乏病防治提供了科学、可靠的依据。To carry out total quality management during surveillance of iodized salt, i.e. from sampling to the mamagement of samples, especrally laboratory internal and external quality control (IQC & EQC) to offering the detection reports, which not only can raise working efficiency but can raise the level of laboratory detection. It also provides impartiad and accurate of health surveillance for society and provides scientific, reliable basis for the prevention and control of iodine deficieney disorders (IDD).
