摘　　要：市场经济体制已经基本确立,加入世贸组织指日在即,知识经济初见端倪。高等教育只要准确把握市场经济规律,紧紧抓住入世(ＷＴＯ)大好机遇,谋划占据知识经济核心目标,高等教育就一定能够在内涵与实质上得到发展与突破。The system of market economy has basically been established and joining WTO is just round the corner and intellectual economy has begun to take shape. If higher education accurately sees through the law of manrket economy,seizes the opportunity of joining WTO and strives for the central goal of intellectual economy,it will surely be developed and make a breakthrough in connotation and substance.
