摘　　要：本文通过对伦理社会主义及其几种衍生形态的分析,探讨了欧洲社会民主党等左翼党派的伦理思想流变、实践历程及执政经验,从“善治”和民主角度论证了欧洲社会民主党对经济政治全球化过程中的新问题作出的理性选择。本文由此得出结论:伦理是当前治国的核心。德政是实现社会主义民主理念、政党合法性和长治久安的实践基础和归宿。现代国家和政党的角色和功能在经历着由政治统治型向民主管理型和社会服务型的转变。This article explores European social democratic parties and other left-wing parties' evolution of ethics, practical history and management experience through the analysis of ethic socialism and its derivations, demonstrates their rational choice in the face of the new problems in economical and political globalization through the angel of 'good governance' and democracy . This article concluded from the above :ethics is the core of aclministrational rule . Moral administration is the practical fundament and destination of realizing socialism democratic ideal ,legitimacy of the Party and eternal stability. The role and function of mordern countries and parties are experiencing a transformation from political rule to democratic management and social service.
