摘　　要：中国入世 ,高等教育面临严峻挑战。根据我国高等教育发展现状 ,教育市场的开放 ,应遵循高等教育主权维护原则、维护教育消费者权益原则。与此同时 ,办学观念要接轨 ;办学体制要转变 ;教学制度要创新 ;Our higher education is faced with severe challenge after China has joined WTO. According to the current situation of the higher educational development, education market should be open following the principle of defending higher education sovereignty and safeguarding the rights and interests of its consumers. Meanwhile, the modes of thought and the system of running schools should be changed. The quality of education should be improved as well.
