摘　　要：我国成功地加入了世界贸易组织 ,这给我国的企业带来了巨大的挑战和机遇。企业要想应对挑战和把握机遇 ,企业家必须完成由计划经济下的厂长向市场经济下的企业家转变以及由面向国内市场的企业家向面向国际市场的企业家转变。China entered WTO successfully, which brings Chinese enterprise great opportunity and challenge. If entrepreneurs want to deal with the challenge and grasp the opportunity, they must change themselves first. In this paper,authors point out the changes of this reality that entrepreneurs must face after China entered WTO.
