摘　　要：我校信息学院深化教学科研改革 ,通过将教研室结构改为学科教授牵头的学科梯队结构 ,为学科发展提供有力的组织保证 ,取得了较好的效果。This paper reports that information college of our university has further innovated the education and scientific research work to adapt to the development of higher education. Information college of this university changed teaching and research section framework into subject echelon framework led by subject professors according to their subject direction, which provides forceful organizing guarantee, and obtains better effect.
