血防达标后诊断的12例血吸虫病人调查分析

摘　　要：对通州市达到消灭血吸虫病标准后临床发现的12例血吸虫病人进行流行病学调查,认为血吸虫病的诊断成立但均为历史感染,并认为对这些病人再作抗虫治疗已无意义,血吸虫病整群查病的方法应作调整。An epidemiological survey on 12 schistosomiasis patients who are discovered by the clinical doctors after Tongzhou city reached criterion of vanishing schistosomiasis showed that the diagnoses are right but all the patients are infected historically, the author think there are any outcomes for treating such patients by insecticide, and the method to look for the schistosomiasis patient by the whole people should be adjusted.
