八种消毒剂实验室消毒效果初步观察

摘　　要：在实验室检测8种消毒剂对细菌繁殖体、芽孢杀灭作用和对HBsAg灭活作用。结果对白色葡萄球菌,除洗必太和复方洁尔灭其余均可在5分钟内全部杀灭;对枯草杆菌芽孢,15％“84”,0.5％过氧乙酸作用20分钟可全部杀灭,3000ppm碘伏,50％奔马作用30分钟达到灭菌率99.9％以上,50％金星和2％碘酊作用30分钟.灭菌率仅有98.52％和79.87％.洗必太和复方洁尔灭仅有抑菌作用;除洗必太和复方洁尔灭外其余均可在10分钟内破坏HBsAg。Germicidal efficacy and destruction of HBsAg of 8 disinfectants measured in labo- ratary. It/s indicated that these disinfectants could kill completely Staphylococcus aureus in 5 min except Hibitane and Brorriogeramine-co; 15% '84' and 0. 5% Peracetic acid could kill completely the spore of Bacillus subtilis var niger in 20 min. The SOOOppm iodiphor and 50% Benma solution could kill the spore more than 99. 9% in 30 min. The efficacy of Jinxing and Tinctura iodi in killing the spore was low and 50% Jinxing could only kill 98. 52%, 2% Tinctura iodt only 79. 87% after contact for 30 min. Hibitane and Brom-ogeramine-co only restrain the spore grow and multiply. These disinfectants could destroy HBsAg completel in 10 min except Hibitane and Bromogeramine-co.
