摘 要:目的:了解腹部开放伤后海水浸泡对腹腔脏器影响。方法:实验动物致伤后随机分为对照组、生理盐水浸泡组和海水浸泡组。对照组为单纯腹外伤,后两组动物致伤后分别置入生理盐水或海水中,观察血淀粉酶、谷丙转氨酶及尿素水平的变化。结果:对照组、生理盐水浸泡组致伤前后血淀粉酶、谷丙转氨酶、尿素氮水平无明显变化(P>0.05);而海水浸泡组犬血淀粉酶、谷丙转氨酶及尿素氮水平随浸泡时间延长而升高。结论:腹部开放伤海水浸泡可引起机体内脏功能受损。Objective To determine the effect of seawater immersion on the function of celiac viscera in dogs with open celiac wound. Methods A dog model of open celiac wound was established. Twenty - one dogs were randomly divided into three groups. In control group(n=7) ,the dogs were subjected to simple open celiac wound. In seawater immersion group(n=7) and physiological. saline immersion group (n=7) the dogs were immersed in seawater and physiological saline respectively after the celiac wound. Changes in serum amylase, glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (GPT) and urea nitrogen (UN) were determined. Results No significant changes ( P >0.05) in the serum amylase, GPT and UN after the celiac wound were found compared as those before the wound in the control group and physiological saline immersion group. The serum amylase, GPT and UN levels significantly increased after the immersion in the seawater immersion group compared with those before the immersion. And the longer the animals were immersed in the seawater, the more significantly the amylase, GPT and UN levels increased. Conclusion Seawater immersion after open celiac wound could result in the damage to celiac viscera function.
