黄连素与环孢素A合用的药物经济学研究

摘　　要：目的:了解黄连素与环孢素A合用能否降低环孢素A的成本。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,进行了黄连素与环孢素A合用的药物经济学评估。结果:黄连素可显著增加环孢素A的血浓度,在满足正常疗效的同时,可降低环孢素A的药物成本,每人每年可节约药费6000～8000元。结论:黄连素与环孢素A合用能发挥有效的成本抑制作用,可以减轻病人和社会的经济负担。Objective To evaluate whether berberine hydrochloride decreases the cost of treatment after the operation through reducing the need for cyclosporin A in the renal transplantation recipients. Method The cost of coadministration of cyclosporin A with berberine hydrochloride was analysed retrospctively. Results Berberine could significantly elevate the blood concentration of cyclosporin A in renal transplantation recipients. Coadministration of the berberine with cyclsporin A saved 6000 - 8000 Chinese dollars for each patient annually. Conclusion Coadministration of cyclosporin A with berberine hydrochloride can effectively control the cost and greatly decrease the expenditures of the patients and society.
