摘  要:目的:探讨二极管激光接触式经巩膜睫状体光凝术(DL-C-TSCPC)的烧灼阈值及其与降眼压作用的关系。方法:采用 Visulas DiodeⅡ二极管激光用两种不同能量对2组青紫蓝兔进行DL-C-TSCPC,对激光能量及术后8周内的眼压进行统计学分析。结果:烧灼阈值为(1.52±0.30),此时出现爆破声(audible pop);术后每眼在各次测量的平均眼压与该眼出现爆破声的次数呈负相关关系,相关系数r=-0.814386,p=0.013844。高能量组的降眼压作用的持续时间最长,低能量较短。出现爆破声所需能量在不同个体及眼球的不同部位表现出差异性。结论 在击射点数相同时,使用接近烧灼阈值的能量降眼压效果较好;不同眼或同一眼的不同部位的阈值存在差别,激光能量应适时调整。Objective To investigate the relationship between the energy threshold of diode laser contact transscleral cyclophoto-coagulation and the change in the intraocular pressure (IOP). Methods Diode laser contact cyclophotocoagulation wits different energy was performed in the pigment rabbits of two groups. The energy of every laser shot and the IOP after the laser procedure were determined and statistically analyzed. Results The energy threshold to get 'POP'sound was 1.52J ± 0.30J. The mean IOP of each eye is negatively correlated with the number of audible 'pop' during the laser procedure(r= -0.814386,p= -0.013844). The time of effect of the high laser energy on decreasing IOP lasted longer than that of the low laser energy. Conclusions Different energy was needed to get the audidble 'pop'in different eyes or different part of one eye. The laser energy close to the threshold produces a better effect on reducing the intraocular pressure when the number of the laser shot is the same.
