摘　　要：运用马克思主义的立场、观点和方法，论述了提高高校邓小平理论“三进”效果的重大意义。提出要提高高校邓小平理论“三进”效果，就必须加强师资队伍建设，加强“两课”课程建设，深化教学改革。By applying Marxism's position, point of view and method, the paper discusses the significance of Deng Xiaoping's “Three Entering” theory in colleges and universities. And it also points out that it is necessary to raise the teachers' ability, strengthen the 'two basic courses' construction and deepen the reforms of teaching.
