摘　　要：从教学内容、教学模式和教学方法的结合上 ,探索符合应用型本科院校法律基础课程教学规律的案例教学模式 ,阐述了案例教学模式的基本理论。The author here makes a research on the appropriate teaching mode for the course of“Fundamentals of Law”for the application-oriented colleges from a combination of teaching content,teaching mode and teaching.It expatiates teaching theory,requirements and methods in case teaching mode.
