摘　　要：法律素质是社会主义初级阶段人的全面发展的重要内涵之一 ,探讨了大学生的法律素质结构建立应从法律理论、法律心理、法律观念、法律信仰和一些具体的法律意识入手 ,通过对法学理论的学习、思想道德水平的提高和全方位的人文知识的学习等途径来实现。Legal diathesis is one of the important connotations of a person at the primary stage of socialism.And for undergraduate students,the constitution of undergraduate students'legal diathesis should start from legal theory,legal psychology,legal conception,legal belief and concrete legal consciousness.It is realized by the way of their learning law theory and improving ideological and moral education and learning all knowledge of humanity as well.
