摘　　要：论述了资源和环境是人类赖以生存的物质基础和当前世界资源与环境的状况,回顾了科学发展过程中,由于人为因素,世界资源和环境遭到了严重的破坏,当代资源和环境问题将对未来科学的可持续发展产生决定性作用。指出了人类只有拿起科学的武器,理智、民主地利用科学,才能使人类摆脱目前的困境。Resources and environment are the material basis on which human beings live. This paper describes the present situation of world resources and environment and points out the fact that in the course of scientific and technological development, world resources and environment are being destroyed by man and the present resources and environment are vital factors in the sustainable development of science and technology. In order to extricate ourselves from the present difficult situations, we must make the use of science in a rational and democratic way.
