摘　　要：本文分析了新时期对外汉语教育兴起的原因 ,说明了留学生教育是对外汉语教育的基石 ,并对当前如何加强我国对外汉语教育提出了建议和解决的措施。In this article the author analizes why the Chinese language education for foreigners becomes popular in modern times and the education for international students is the cornerstone of the Chinese language education. In line with the present situation, the author puts forward a series of suggestions and measures for the further development of Chinese language education today.
