p16蛋白和E-钙粘附蛋白在子宫颈癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨p1 6蛋白及E -钙粘附蛋白 (E -cad)在子宫颈癌中的表达及临床意义。方法　采用单克隆抗体SP免疫组化技术对 5 4例子宫颈癌和 2 0例正常宫颈组织进行p1 6蛋白和E -Cad表达的检测。结果①p1 6蛋白和E -Cad在子宫颈癌和正常宫颈组织中的表达差异有极显著性 ;②p1 6蛋白的表达与子宫颈癌的病理分级和临床分期无显著关联 ,与宫颈癌盆腔淋巴结转移有关 ;③E -Cad的表达与子宫颈癌的病理分级和盆腔淋巴结转移有关 ,但与临床分期无关。结论　p1 6蛋白和E -cad的表达与宫颈癌的发生和进展有一定的相关性 ,p1 6蛋白和E -cad的表达降低或缺失在子宫颈癌的发展过程中有协同作用。检验p1 6蛋白和E -cad的表达可以作为判定子宫颈癌恶性程度的指标之一 。Objective To probe the expression of p16 protein and E-Cadherin in cervical carcinoma and their clinical significance. Methods The expression of p16 protein and E-Cad were detected in 54 cervical carcinoma specimens and 20 controls by immunohistochemical SP method. Results ① There were significant difference in levels of expressed p16 protein and E-Cad in cervical carcinoma and in normal controls. ② No significant relationship was found between the expressed levels of p16 and the histologic type and clinical stage,but the level of p16 expression was correlated with lymph node metastasis. ③ No significant relationship was found between the expression levels of E-Cad and patient clinical stages,but correlation was observed with histology grade and lymph node metastasis. Conclusions The expressions of p16 protein and E-cad play an important role in the generation and development of cervical carcinoma.Decrease and loss of p16 protein and E-cad expression have synergistic effects in the processing of the cervical carcinoma.Both levels of p16 protein and E-Cad expression can be used as indicators to reference the stage of cervical carcinoma development and also provide the evidence to assess cervical carcinoma prognosis.
