东北大学10年间消化性溃疡的临床流行病学特点——附124例胃镜结果分析

摘　　要：目的 了解本校溃疡发病特点.方法 对东北大学医院1993～2002年10年间经胃镜检查诊断为消化性溃疡的病例进行了统计分析.结果 共检出124例溃疡,其中十二指肠球部溃疡93例,胃溃疡26例,复合性溃疡5例;溃疡患者男女之比为3.77∶1;溃疡患者平均年龄45.29岁,十二指肠球部溃疡以30岁以下居多,胃溃疡以50岁以上居多,复合性溃疡以30岁左右居多.结论 病变好发部位以十二脂肠球部溃疡最多见,胃溃疡次之,复合性溃疡最少;溃疡发病男性明显高于女性,与不良嗜好、精神因素有关.Objective To realize the distinctive feature of ulcer about this university. Method These cases have been analysed statistically, which diagnosed as digestibility ulcer in the decade. Result (1)The sum total of ulcers is 124 cases, which includes 93 patients with duodenal bulb ulcer, 26 patients with gastric ulcer and 5 patients with compond ulcer. (2)The ulcer patients’ male/female rate of 3.771. (3)The average of ulcer patients is 45.29 years old; It was found that the most patients with duodenal bulb ulcer is lower than 30 years old; and the most patients with gastric ulcer is over 50 years old; the patients with compond ulcer is about 30 years old. Conclusion The ulcer will to be frequent in duodenal bulb, and the secondary predilection site is gastric ulcer. the compound ulcer is less than the former; It should be watched that the male is higher than female in ulcer. It seems that the ulcer have a relationship with a bad indulgenices and psychical factors.
