摘　　要：社会主义现代化建设需要大量具有高素质的人才,我国高等教育的根本任务归根结底就是多出人才,出好人才。坚持依法治国、以德治国不仅是治国的方略,也是加强大学生思想道德修养、培养大学生良好品德的重要途径,这对大学生健康成长并取得事业的成功具有特别重要的意义。We need a large number of talented people with high qualities whe n carrying out socialist modernization. The essential task of higher education i n our country is to cultivate talented people quantitatively and qualitatively. Ruling the country by laws and with morals is not only a tactic but also an impo rtant approach to enhance the cultivation of college students' thoughts, morals and good virtues. This plays a very important role for their healthy developmen t and successful career.
