生物可降解吻合环在肠道肿瘤外科的应用

摘　　要：目的 评估肠道肿瘤经手术切除后,吻合环在肠吻合中的应用价值。方法 对医科院肿瘤医院2001-2003年间应用吻合环进行肠道吻合的48例肠道恶性肿瘤患者进行回顾性分析。结果 所有48例患者无吻合口瘘发生,无手术死亡。5例出现腹部切口感染;2例出现术中使用困难;另有2例患者分别于术后第9、10天吻合环尚未分解前完整排出,但无不良后果;术后随访未发现继发性肠道出血和吻合口狭窄者。结论 吻合环简单易学,使用方便,快捷。在某些方面优于缝线和吻合器吻合,在肠吻合术中安全、可靠。To assess the value valtrac ring used for intestinal anastomoses. Methods 48 patients of intestinal malignant tumor performed with valtrac ring in Cancer Hospital of CAMS & PUMC from 2001 to 2003 were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were no anastomostic leaks. No one died for operation. 5 patients had abdominal wall infection.2 patients was difficult to use valtrac ring at procedure. Valtrac ring were discharged completely without degradation 9th and 10th pastopesative days respectively in 2 patients. But there were no bad consequences. Bowel stenosis and bleeding were not found. Conclusion Valtrac ring is easy to learn, convenient for use, safe and quick. It is better than conventional suture anastomosis and stapler in some aspects. BAR - Valtrac is a safe and reliable alternative to manual and mechanical (stapled) anastomosis in intestinal tumor surgery.
