摘　　要：乳腺癌的治疗 ,继手术、放疗和化疗三大传统模式之后 ,生物治疗已被公认为治疗恶性肿瘤的第四大模式 ;分子靶向治疗药物的出现和在临床的广泛应用 ,使得生物治疗在肿瘤的综合治疗中发挥了日渐重要的作用。生物治疗与化疗的结合 ,提出了恶性肿瘤的治疗的新概念 -生物化疗的概念。Except for surgery,raidiotherapy and chemotherapy,biotherapy has been the fourth mode of the therapy for the breast cancer,which has been more and more important in the integrative therapy since 'herceptin',a humanized mouse monoclonal antibody directed against the extracellular domain of the Her-2/neu protein,beening widely used in clinic.Since then on,the scientists have brought out a new conception,called 'biochemotherapy'.
