摘　　要：目的　总结涉县 2 9年来胃癌死亡登记资料 ,了解死亡的变化趋势 ,以期为肿瘤的防治提供依据。方法　采用全死因调查和全死因登记方法。结果　 2 0世纪 70年代胃癌死亡率为 85 0 1 10万 ,80年代死亡率为 92 4 2 10万 ,90年代死亡率为 85 6 4 10万 ,2 1世纪初死亡率为 79 31 10万。其中贲门癌由 2 0世纪 70年代 13 6 0 10万上升到 2 1世纪初的 4 2 2 6 10万 ,非贲门胃癌由 2 0世纪 70年代 71 4 1 10万下降到 2 1世纪初的 37 0 5 10万 ;胃癌在恶性肿瘤中的所占比重逐渐增加 ,由 2 0世纪 70年代的 31 2 5 %到 80年代的 35 5 2 % ,90年代为 4 0 4 6 % ,2 1世纪初为 4 4 30 % ,随年龄的增高 ,胃癌死亡率增大 ;男女性比例各年代依次为 1 7、 2 0、2 0和 2 4 ;胃癌有明显的地理分布特点 ,漳河两岸死亡率较高。结论　涉县 2 9年来 ,胃癌死亡率居高不下 ,虽然呈现曲线变化趋势 ,但波动不太明显 ;贲门癌死亡率呈上升趋势 ,非贲门胃癌死亡率呈下降趋势。Objective We summarized the mortality of gastric cancer in SheXian of Hebei Province,China from,1970s to the beginning of 21st century in order to analysis the tendency of death and offer an evidence how to prevent and treat.Methods Since the 1970s,all causes of death register system has been established.All the data were checked and analyzed by DIS software.Results The mortality rate of gastric cancer are 85.01/10 5,92.42/10 5,85.64/10 5 and 79.31/10 5 respectively.Among gastric cancer,mortality rate of cardiac cancer are 13.16/10 5 in 1970s and 42.26/10 5 in the 21st century.The mortality rate of non-cardiac gastric cancer are 71.41/10 5 in 1970s and 37.05/10 5 in the 21st century.The percentage of gastric cancer to all malignant tumor increased from 31.25% in 1970s to 40.46% in 1980s then to 40.46% in 1990s and 44.30% at the beginning of the 21st century.The mortality rate of gastric cancer increased in accordance with age.The sex ratio (male vs female) are 1.7,2.0,2.0 and 2.4 respectively.There is obvious distribution of gastric cancer,the high death area is the regions which lies around Zhang River.Conclusion The overall mortality rates of gastric cancer in the past 29 years in SheXian presented a ascend trend at the beginning and then descend,but there is still no obvious change.
