摘　　要：COX 2是前列腺素合成的重要限速酶 ,在乳腺癌中有表达。初步研究表明 ,COX 2选择性抑制剂对乳腺癌有化学预防及治疗作用 ,并与乳腺癌现有治疗手段有相加作用 ,有望成为肿瘤防治的新靶点。COX-2 is the rate-limiting enzyme in prostaglandin biosynthesis,and is over-expressed in breast cancer.Recent studies suggest that COX-2 inhibitor is effective in chemoprevention and treatment for breast cancer.Also it is in combination with the current therapy.So COX may be a promising target for tumor chemoprevention and treatment.
