多西紫杉醇治疗激素非依赖性前列腺癌临床研究新进展

摘　　要：预后较差的激素非依赖性的前列腺癌 ,目前的治疗方法主要是化疗。米托蒽醌和雌莫司汀都是已经FDA批准的可以用于治疗前列腺癌的化疗药物。两种药物与单用激素相比 ,未延长患者的生存时间。2 0 0 4年全美临床肿瘤年会 (ASCO)上 ,报告了两项多西紫杉醇联合化疗治疗激素难治性前列腺癌的临床研究 ,结果显示能明显改善生存。Chemotherapy is the important treatment to the patients with metastatic hormone independent prostate cancer.The most frequently used chemotherapeutic agents are mitoxantrone and estramustine which have been approved by FDA.But the survial time is the same contrasting chemotherapeutic drugs with single androgen.Two clinical study about docetaxel have the same results that docetaxel-based chemotherapy can significantly improved survial to the patients with hormone-independent prostate cancer.
