大肠癌术后中西医结合治疗现状与展望

摘　　要：本文综述中医药学在大肠癌术后治疗中的重要的作用。目前,中西医结合治疗大肠癌术后的临床研究多从辨病结合辨证、辨证论治、中药制剂以及中药外用等几方面进行,并取得一些进展,显示中医药既可相互协同化疗和放疗杀灭肿瘤细胞,增强放化疗的敏感性,又可减轻放化疗的毒副作用,提高放化疗的治疗效果,从而起到了降低大肠癌复发转移率,改善患者生活质量的作用。文中还对中医药研究所存在的问题及今后研究方向作了探讨与展望。Operation is major therapy for colorectal cancer and the patients after radical operation general receive chemotherapy.It is beneficial for patients of colorectal cancer in stage Ⅲ to receive chemotherapy which can decrease rate of relapse and metastasis and prolong survival time.However the benefit is not found in stage Ⅱ though some retrospective analyses shows that some patients with higher risk factor could benefit from chemotherapy.Now 5-FU/LV is taken as the international standard project because of increase of 5-year survival rate for stage Ⅱ colorectal cancer and mild adverse events.With developing of new medicine for colorectal cancer capecitabine,oxaliplatin and CPT-11 show curative effect in colorectal cancer after operation.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)plays an important role in treatment of colorectal cancer.Now clinical study of colorectal cancer treated with TCM combined with Western medicine includes treatment based on disease and syndrome difference,treatment based on syndrome difference,herbal preparation and herb for external use.The studies are introduced and concluded from above aspects in recent twenty years.These studies show that TCM not only kill tumor cell cooperated with chemotherapy and radiotherapy and enhances sensitivity of chemotherapy and radiotherapy but also alleviates adverse effect of chemotherapy and radiotherapy and increases curative effect of them.And some questions,for example,evaluation of curative effect and science of studies existing in studies of TCM are concluded.Discussion and expectation for study of TCM in colorectal cancer in the future are illuminated.
