中药复方制剂治疗变应性鼻炎临床与实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :中药复方制剂 (鼻炎清胶囊 )治疗变应性鼻炎临床疗效观察及实验研究。方法 :门诊患者随机设立治疗组与对照组 (鼻炎康 )进行疗效对比观察 ;制做动物模型。①观察半小时过敏性鼻炎表现 ;②大鼠被动皮肤过敏实验 ;③鼻粘膜光镜检查。结果 :治疗组总有效率 96 .8%,对照组 (鼻炎康 )总有效率 77.4%,统计学处理差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组疗效优于对照组。实验研究表明 ,治疗大剂量组动物症状明显较轻 ;大剂量组在两个抗血清稀释度上均能明显抑制兰斑生成 ;光镜组织学观察 ,治疗大剂量组抑制粘膜内嗜酸性细胞及嗜中性细胞浸润 ,其程度显著优于模型对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;结论 :“鼻炎清胶囊”大剂量能明显抑制大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应 ,减少嗜酸性白细胞及炎细胞渗出 ,显示对Ⅰ型变态反应有抑制作用。Objective: the clinic and experiment investigation of the treatment to allergy rhinitis with Traditional Chinese Medicine Agent(TCMA). Methods: clinic patients were divide into two groups, treated cohorts and control cohorts (Bi yan kang) then we observe the contrastive results and make animal model .①observing the manifestation of patients with allergy rhinitis for half an hour; ②the experiment of dermal passive hypersensitivity of mouse; ③the examination of endoscope. Result: there were 64 patients in treated group, the total effectiveness was 96.8% and there were 36 patients in control group (Bi yan Kang) the total effectiveness was 77.4%. The significant divergence was approved by statistical data (P<0.05) through treated by large dose of'bi yan qing capsule'the animal group symptom were eased . large dose group could greatly restrain the engendering of Len spot at two antiserum dilute degree. Through organism observing we can see large dose group could greatly control the permeating of Neutral and Eosinophile and this function is much better than model control group's (p<0.01). Conclusion: Large dose of'Bi yan ging capsule'can obviously restrain the reaction of dermal passive hypersensitive and reduce the oozed of Znflammatory and Eosinophil . Therefore, it indicate that this medicine can depress the Immediate hypersensitivity (Ⅰtype) efficiently.
