论构建以学生社团为载体的德育新模式

摘　　要：当前,高校传统的依托班级的思想政治教育模式面临着巨大的挑战,构建以学生社团为载体的德育新模式是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的必然要求。学生社团在大学生德育过程中发挥着独特的作用,要构建以学生社团为载体的德育新模式,就应当在加强组织领导、树立好先进典型、抓实社团干部培养、选配好指导教师、发挥好共青团组织的指导服务功能、推进党团组织进社团等方面做好工作。Currently,the conventional moral education model which depends on classes and grades in universities has been challenged tremendously.To strengthen and improve on ideological and political education necessarily calls for establishing a new model of moral education based on the carrier of student mass organizations.Student mass organizations play particular roles in the moral education.we must do well the following work,such as strengthening guidance,building up advanced models,bringing up student leaders,choosing good instructors for organizations,exerting the instructional function of CYL,promoting the organization building of CCP and CYL in student mass organizations.
