小鼠类风湿关节炎动物模型的建立

摘　　要：目的建立一个稳定的、可靠的类风湿关节炎动物模型,为RA的发病机制研究和药物筛选提供必要手段。方法用牛Ⅱ型胶原加佐剂免疫动物。结果实验组小鼠后肢体积增大率为80％,有病理改变者为89.8％。结论用牛Ⅱ型胶原加佐剂免疫DBA/1小鼠可成功的建立类风湿关节炎动物模型。Object to establish a reliable and stable experimental murine model of rheumatoid arthritis (RA ). Method DBA/1 mice were immuned by college type. Result In experiment groups, swelling rate of the mouse logs was 80% respectively, and 89.8% of them had pothologic changes. Conclusion RA murine model can be established in DBA/ 1 mice immuned by collagen Ⅱ and adjuvant.
