摘　　要：在银行的印章识别系统中,正确识别印章的前提条件是得到高质量的预处理图像。针对票据印章的特点,首先对采集的印章图像建立HSI彩色模型,通过提取红色分量的方法将印章从杂乱的底纹和背景中提取出来。然后经过二值化、填充、去噪得到预处理图像。实验证明,该方法在保证提取质量的同时,速度较快,能满足实时处理要求。Of the seal imprint verification system in bank, obtaining high quality preprocessed image is prerequisite to correctly verify the seal imprint of documents. Contraposing the character of the seal imprint of the check, first, HSI colorful module is set up for the image verified. The seal imprint is obtained from the unorderly shading and background with the method of selecting red color parameter. Then the preprocessed image is obtained through the proceesing of binary operation, filling in and noise removing. The method has a character of high processing speed and high processing quality, thus satisfying the requirements of real time process.
