摘　　要：建立了工业柱层析分离雷公藤内酯醇的模型,此模型可较好地模拟工业柱层析过程,使中药层析过程的软测量成为可能,对稳定药品质量具有重要的实际意义。A model was proposed to describe the process of chromatogram separating triptolide in an industrial chromatographic column. The model can simulate the operation data of the industrial column well, and can be used as a soft sensing model.
