摘　　要：机床的启动对电流和电压有较大的冲击 ,这种冲击会引起机床在线监测系统的误报警 ,在大量实验的基础上阐述此类问题的特点 。The voltage and current will fluctuate greatly during the electromoter's starting procession,and this fluctuating can cause the wrong alarming tool's on line monitoring and controlling system.This paper,based on a great deal of the experiment data,describes the properties of this problem and introduces the method of dealing with the problem on the properties of Single Chip Microcontroller.
