摘 要:高压静电可以提高黄瓜种子活力,诱导种子基因突变(性变),使原来只在第5节开花结果的黄瓜,变为 第2、3、4节都能开花结果(雄花变为雌花).测试了由20 kV/cm高压静电处理的两种黄瓜试验组和CK组的 种了活力,发现高压静电有时间效应,以处理60 s的为最好,其活力增长率分别为26.70%和42.89%.黄瓜种植 后,出现了第2、3、4节开花结果的突变株.还对黄瓜蛋白质SDS-PAGE电泳和指纹图谱进行了分析,发现各 试验组与CK组的图谱在小分子蛋白区域有明显差异,这一结果为从分子角度表达水平解释高压静电诱导黄瓜 基因突变提供了直接证据.The high-voltage static electricity can increase cucumber seed vitality and induce the seed gene mutation (the sex changes). Originally only the fifth section in the cucumber plant can bloom and bear fruit, but now the second, third and fourth section can also bloom and bear fruit ( with male flowers changing into female flowers). Tests of seed vitality of two kinds of cucumbers show time effect with 20 kv/cm high-voltage static electricity, with 60 seconds the best. Its vitality increase rate is 26.70% and 42.89% respectively. Mutation stubs appear with the second, third and fourth section blossom and bear fruit after planting. Analysis of cucumber protein SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and fingerprint diagram shows evident difference between the experiment group and the CK group, which provides direct proof for the explanation of gene mutation at molecules level.
