摘　　要：在即将来临的知识经济时代,技术老化的周期及人们职业变换的进度将越来越快。因此,高等教育只有实行柔性教育,才能适应这种迅速变化的客观要求,培养出具有良好社会适应能力和可持续发展能力的合格人才。而要做到这一点,就必须采用柔性教学计划,实施学分制管理和构建模块化课程体系。With the coming of knowledge economy the ageing period of technology and the speed of the people's occupational change become more quickly than before.To meet the new change and cultivate the talents with ability of adapt society and continue development,the only way of higher edcation is implement elasticity education.To accomplish it must carry out elasticity teaching plan,teaching management and curriculum system.
