化学实验教学管理手段与教学方法改革初探

摘　　要：针对化学实验教学中所存在的问题 ,如主导作用不明确含糊、操作主动性差 ,教师结构不合理、实验过程不规范等 ,从实验内容、方法和手段 ,教师队伍建设和实验考核制度等方面对实验教学改革提出了一些构想 .强调了实验教师队伍的建设。Focusing on the current problems in the experimental teaching of chemistry,for example,ambiguity of the keynote, short of operability,non-reasonable staff structure, non-standard experiment process and so on,several ideas as educational reform were presented on the content,approach, staff development, examinational rule of the chemical experiment.We emphasized that it play an imp ortant role that construction of the staff,preparation of the experimental equi pment, standardizing of the examination in the experimental teaching..
