摘 要:卷烟工艺风力系统中,由于管道中原料烟丝、烟梗及粉尘等的密度不断变化,造成系统管道特性不断变化,引起卷烟机工作风压波动.为了改善卷烟质量,提高卷烟速度,须及时抑制扰动,维持工艺风压稳定.然而,由于系统的非线性和不确定性,传统的PID控制方法或其他基于模型的控制方法难以获得满意的效果.因此文章中采用了一种具有在线学习能力的自组织模糊控制器,以改善控制系统的性能和适应能力.In the cigarette making technological wind power system, the charecteristic of the pipeline system changes continuously due to variation of densities of cut tabacco, cut tabacco stem and dust in the pipelines, which makes the operating wind pressure of the cigarette making machine fluctuate. It is necessary to suppress disturbance as soon as possible and maintain the technological wind pressure stable to improve the quality and raise the productivity. However, the control results are not satisfied by use of the conventional PID control approach or other control methods based on models due to the nonlinearity and uncertainty of the system. In this article, a self-- organizing fuzzy controller with learning ability was employed to improve both the system performances and adaptability. This control strategy was implemented on a small wind power system and the experimental results were satifactory.
